The best thing was their openness and professionalism. I liked the feeling that I got when I walked in the office. It's a family oriented law firm and felt like I had known Mark all my life. Very knowledgeable and approachable. They were extremely responsive whenever I had an issue come up with my case. I never hesitate to call Mark if I had questions. They were more than willing to answer concerns or questions I had without any delay.

Working with Dave was the total opposite of what most people would expect from a personal injury firm. He provided good communication, good service and good result. He also took a positive attitude which I think is important. He has a great work ethic. I knew the game plan and what was going on at all times. My calls and emails were returned very quickly. Overall the entire experience with the firm was perfect. They always kept me informed of what was going on. We even had a group meeting once with all the partners to go over my case. It was very informative and they were easy to understand. We were referred by a friend whose son was involved in a motorcycle accident. They are up front and honest. I felt very comfortable with David and other members of the firm and with the paralegal, Patty. We considered two other attorneys but decided to go with the Fine Law Firm. I felt very comfortable with them. The results were very satisfactory.

They did what I wanted, and they did what I needed. I had an accident, but the individual responsible had no resources to cover my damages, so we had to pursue a claim with the insurance company. David was the only one who explained that to me. Everybody else gave me generalities. He was straightforward and gave great advice. He also kept me in the loop at all times. If I had questions I could always call and ask. David was recommended by another patient in the rehab facility where I received treatment after my injury. He explained everything he was going to do and what I needed to do. He looked me straight in the eye the whole time he was talking. My experience working with the firm was probably as pleasant as a legal experience can be. They handled things with care and were sensitive to the nature of the incident. We were involved in a dog attack where two dogs attacked my son and I got in between them. We were both hospitalized for several weeks and my son almost passed away. We have health insurance, but when you have such extreme trauma the insurance company doesn’t cover everything. We had medical bills and a big financial burden. I knew about the firm and thought they were reputable. I had also heard about Joe through different people in the community. They have been fabulous. My case was a malpractice lawsuit. My fiancé at the time had passed due to a drug overdose. I did some research and they were the most qualified for what I needed.
